This company has changed and all about money with customer service support.

Over charged me per the driver. Then made me a 63 y/o women walk 2 blocks at 4 am to be picked up. The driver was so surprised Lyft told me to do this. The information on my phone told me to do this. In fact at 0830 am that same morning on same street 2 blocks 2 people were killed. I just cant believe this happened. Then finally suppose to talk with customer service, they charge me 1.00 and sign me up for a service that I can cancel, what a Nickle and dime business this has become. User's recommendation: Be very carful using this service!
