Think it long and hard before you switch, if your willing to call and stay on the line for 30 to 1 hr multiple times in a day, it may be worth to switch.

I applied for international calling, to Mexico, and have been on the phone 3 times and 1 hr of hold time; no resolution. From customer service to tech support and back to customer service. I'm on the *** of loading the last brick on my camel to "break its back" and go back to previous cell provider. The website is very limited in self help/serve. User's recommendation: Think before you commit. I'm a conservative and want to support business with my values, PureTalk falls short of serving their customers.
