Infiniti roadside uses Agero. Agero sent a tow driver who scratched the roof of my new Infiniti by placing large magnet brake lights on the roof. I sent pictures and an estimate and they of course denied my claim stating that the two company showed them pictures of the lights they use which have rubber feet on the bottom. Of course these were not the ones that were used by actual driver on the day of the tow. Nobody gives a flying *** at Agero. Infiniti doesn't care either because they say Agero is the one responsible even though they hire Agero to provide roadside towing and services. It is all a big efen cluster *** User's recommendation: ensure your provider doesn't use Agero!
