They won’t pay us the promised travel reimbursement after cancelled cruise

Norwegian Jade Voyage of 11/16/2018 cancelled after mechanical problems. We submitted proof of our travel expense, have called and gotten run around, have received another request for proof, sent it, then a few days later, another request which I provided. when I've called customer affairs, I have waited at least 40 minutes before talking to a human then mumbo jumbo about the delays. 6 months and still no check. I've asked if they could just add the money to credit our account for future cruises and was told "no"... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!
