They wont give you the incentives after transfer is complete

Last Year I got timeshares from Sean Singletary a Broker from Florida.He uses email address seanstimeshares@***.com who is a seller of timeshares at EBAY. When I purchased the timeshares a person named Elizabeth Carvajal a person that works at Global Resort Transfer was the one handling all my files. This year she quit the company and Laura Acosta Manager took over my files problem is Laura is giving me huge round a rounds for the incentives they owe me. I still have 2 incentives that have not been sent to me even though the files closed months ago. I have emailed Laura Acosta even requested a call back and she never does either or. They have a long history of return checks and customers not sent the incentive checks. All you have to do is research the title company and you will see tons of complaints about that. Also according to my bank as of 5/15/2019 it seems the last incentive of $250 is going to bounce. But this has not been confirmed yet till the end of the week. When you ask the workers about the issue of return checks they say that's normal in a company to have return checks. But not to be concern about return checks because they always get paid on time. One thing that is superweird is that this title company does not use Escrow to store the incentives and a lot of the issues the title company has point back to Sean a broker from Florida. If you ask me according to my research they are both not running a legal business. I would look into Sean as well the broker from Florida. All I want is my incentives that they owe me and hope for not returned checks. Laura Acosta has always avoided to contact me on the phone. According to personal, she works from 10 am to 2 pm most of the time Eastern time.
