They won’t answer any of my emails

I canceled my membership after the order the first box and they keep charging me and when I chat on the site with them it'll reply if I don't ask for a refund but as soon as I do all of sudden a message comes up saying they'll be right back. I've asked they for a refund from 7 emails and nothing!
