They will not cover my water heater. They said it was improperly installed and it was too old. They won't fix it and they will not give me my deductible back even though they did nothing.

The service man was out here to check the water heater on May 19. I finally called the company and asked what they were doing. They told me Cinch was supposed to contact me, but of course they didn't. So after at least 5 phone calls to Cinch and talking to only 1 person that new what he was talking about, he finally got a supervisor to call me. I'm still not getting my deductible back.DDo User's recommendation: Don't use Cinch. They stink big time!!!!!!! They should have "0" on here for no stars.
