If you do an annual subscription with Lands of America, they will auto-bill you if you do not call them to stop service at least 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DATE ! I went to their website to cancel renewal of membership just before my 1 yr anniversary. When I clicked on the "Cancel Membership" button, I got the message that my membership was not active, so I assumed they had canceled since I had not submitted payment or signed up for another year. There was nothing on my original contract stating I had to give them a min of 60 days notice PRIOR TO my the end of my original contract. Most companies will give a customer a notice prior to an up coming renewal. This company will not! I experienced a very NEGATIVE customer experience ...
