They want to charge £100 for name change
in june this year i booked some flights for me and some friends one of the names was the same as the last flight we booked in march 2010 i put my surname insted of my friends name iv'e booked 5 seats with monach airlines approx 12 in the last 3yrs and they want to charge me £100 to change his name customer service what do you think i am a vantage member and told the girl from monach and because i wasn't a gold member she said you have to pay.the flight was £110 to fly i am not flying till march 2011???????? i have phond and sent an email and in the email the girl said ive already said its cheaper to do it on line £100 DO YOU THINK I SHOULD BE PISSED OFF
