I say they tried to rob me because they didn't say anywhere that the dollar I was paying was really for an 7-day trial membership that would begin charging me $46 per month. Duplicitous and dishonest. They ran me around in circles regarding my unresolved problem. Horrible experience and very deceitful. If I hadn't had the due diligence to seek out an accounts section, I wouldn't even have noticed the scam. User's recommendation: Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off.
