They took my money and i don’t have my product

Instasmile took a total of 1100$ from my account a 200$ a mouth from my checking account and i called all i get is a recorded message i emailed i used the live chat it said someone will get in touch with me in 24 hours never received a phone call I WANT MY MONEY BACK VERY PISSED CONSUMER HELP!!
