I stayed at a Baymont Inn and Suites in West Plains Missouri got me a room. The pool wasn't open. Understandable (Corona virus). No continental breakfast. Nothing in the vending machines. Get to my room it already smelled like smoke I didn't complain I was tired. Went to open the curtains. The whole setup come down. I was nice enough to put it back up for them. No soap or anything that should be in there. Didn't complain. Left the next day. Keep in mind me and girlfriend do not smoke (anything) they charged my debit card 100 dollars for smoking. They say they got pictures of ashes. Not from me. When I called the hotel to ask what the charge was for she told me and she was so rude she wasn't trying to hear anything that I said I kept on telling her I do not smoke I'm being charged $100 for it. User's recommendation: I would not stay at the west plains Missouri baymont inn and suites. Staff is rude rooms were dirty. No toilets nothing was good bout that hotel. I paid full price for a room when it was dirty, no pool, no breakfast.
