I got a letter in the mail. I read the form needed help so what did my dumb self do??? I decided, why not try this balance credit out because in the (name) I thought I come trust. Wrong!!! I got the money! Blessed to get it! However, this is when evil came around. Time to pay... The paper app they give you say the date the payments start. So I think to myself, I have time to save to pay off and get back on track. Nope!!! They took my money out my bank account the day, I thought was my first payday start date. So I call because their site is b/s. So I talk to three different people passing my info and problems to someone. By then now you start to get kinda get Irritated. So I talk to a four person and say whats my balance now and next payment due??? He tells me as it states on my paper app. However, my *** balance then jumps up... So he begins to tell me my money that came out my bank account was coving interest not my credit. Wtf?? So I say when was my beginning day??? That I was not aware of??? He then starts to b/s my queations and goes on to say its 1% interest the first day you get the loan. What??? Now the paper app I received, never said any of that. So Im pissed!! Oh yes. I tell him off (looking back) its not his problem nor does he care. He's getting paid and its his job. So I get off the phone crying to myself.. Thinking wtf am I gotta do?? Im a single mom and just needed a little help. So same day called again Im pissed, stressed but refuse to pay anymore then needed if its not on my borrow balance so called them back lucky it was payday. Called four people again info passing around problems, no one seems to care about...Paid off and am done. Will not get more my money. Now People, this is serious. Dont use them!!! Trust me, Thank god I have someone that I could turn to, to tell them I f'ed up to help me get myself out of that situation. However, like I told them (Their Garbage). RED FLAGS!!!! We all need help sometimes these are not the people to turn too. Oh guess what, after a stressfull day of getting my life back together. I come home and in my mail is a preapproval letter from them.. Haha Its in the garbage like it should have been to begin with.... Never again!!!
