angry "dr.", 3 pairs of cheap horrible non fitting glasses, 6 trips, extremely rude employees, they purposely dragged out the process so the "refund window has elapsed". on my last visit she obviously had no intention on refunding my $200. gone. all gone. at this point they owe me $500 in time and material.... customer service is dead User's recommendation: anywhere else is better....
