We've had Jan Pro cleaning for us for about six months. First, Gianni is an *** and disrespectful. Second, the cleaner left the front door to our gym unlocked. I should have known then to fire them but I didn't. Third, we caught the cleaner stealing. When we tried to work this out with the Manager and Franchise owner, Mary, (all we wanted was for them to pay for changing our locks, give us the stolen money back and refund us for this month and last), our emails went unanswered. Now we are left with no choice but to get the police and our attorney involved and we will be contacting the local media. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
