They shorted me a banner and won’t refund or replace

In late July 2021, I ordered 2 identical custom banners from Shindigz. I received a message from them that the 2 items may not ship together. I got the package from UPS ground tracking #1ZW52W170347470232 and there was only 1 banner in package. I waited for 2nd package that never showed. I called and emailed phone #'s for both Shindigz and Stumpz. Neither company is accepting phone calls or messages at this time. Email- again no response. I then got Paypal involved. Unfortunately, Paypal was of no help. No one to talk to and no way to prove there was only 1 banner in 1 box that showed. They denied my claim.. Under the circumstances- they have a banner that is not usable by anyone else. All I wanted was banners I ordered. I will NEVER do business again with Shindigz unless this gets resolved and quickly! I do have rejected emails from the email addresses provided as UNDELIVERABLE. Only employees could get responses from supplied email addresses and no one answering phones.
