Hello, I wanted to let you know about the unprofessionalism of this online store. Fraudsters! When ordering a product by making a prepayment (office chairs have been ordered, and an order for the production of a conference table in another institution has been made in relation to them). 1. It was initially shown that the product is in stock, so we made a prepayment. A couple of hours later I received a call that an error has occurred and I will have to wait 3 weeks. We realized that this is definitely not OK, but let's reconcile. 2. We waited for more than a month, and without receiving information from 707 online store, we tried to call ourselves. With x5 time it worked, and employee Austris said everything was still in progress. The next day I received a call from Austra, that the manufacturer cannot produce 6 chairs and the money will be refunded. The question is - did it take a month to realize that production had stopped or did the company "discover" a super ingenious idea to get an interest-free loan? I definitely do not recommend using the services of this online store. Service and service under criticism!
