They sent me a wrong item twice

I am a dedicated client of this shop for 3 years. I ordered with them clothing, gifts, and some items for my kids. All my experience was always good except for the last time. Last month, I ordered two toys for my son and daughter. I received a Mickey Mouse, and asked them to resend the parcel with MY order. Second delivery was again Mickey Mouse, and I could not laugh even more. I contacted them again, and they were really into apologizing mode, you know. I was not angry since I love this shop. Thirdly, when I got my parcel, there were two toys plus a certificate to get 3 items for free. It was a nice gesture, and I do really appreciate it. To all the people who write bad reviews, please be kind, mistakes happen.

Due to a website error, I paid twice for one thing, sent an email to support, but they just sent me the same item twice. And it, by the way, was of very poor quality.

    I may be wrong, but it seems to me that these are cheap clothes from China. It is very different from the picture.
