When I have placed the order on the website www.cowcow.com, there was the glitch and I didn’t get the confirmation that the order was placed. I checked account and money was taken. I decided that everything was ok and started to wait for the order. But couple of weeks later and I still haven’t had the order or even any details that the order was shipped. The company on purpose made these glitches and the customers were scammed during this glitch.
