I have three disabled children that I'm trying to hire help with. I paid for a year's membership. They rejected my ad. I tried to call, email, and do an online chat. Waited 1.5 hours online before they disconnected me twice. This is a case of discrimination against people with multiple children with disabilities. User's recommendation: stay away from care.com.
