They overcharged me

I have a boxy charm account and I ordered from the refreshments page about maybe two months ago and it took over a month to actually receive my products which were only like $12 and then apparently its a reoccurring payment for these two items that I really didnt even want with their face waves and some kind of like small bottle of hand lotion can you please reverse that and not send it because its gonna take about a month and a half to get to me in the first please and then in the second please I never said anything about a reoccurring payment
