This is what I wrote on their FB page: Flowers's timeline. Apr 25, 2018 8:57am Customer Comment: I just had my worst experience with FTD! After being told my floral arrangement was not available, I tried to inquire what was, as my selection was going directly to the church for a funeral; the wake and funeral was going to be the same day. Nonetheless, I was over ran in the conversation and they would not let me speak or say a word. I guess they thought that I was going to be a disgruntled customer, which I was not. I tried to get their attention to let them know that I could not hear them because they were talking so fast and the line was breaking up. I was trying to let them know that I was calling from an app on my phone from JAPAN and to talk slowly. I could not get a word in edge-wise. It was almost 3 minutes to where I just had enough and hung up. They did try to call back but did not answer. Just frustrated as my brother-in-laws mother passed. Wow, never had this to happen before. I am not going to blame it on who ever they outsourced their customer center to or on; traveling the Asian Pacific and currently in Japan for 20 years I know whom. They just need training. This was just all around bad. I'll call in again for future needs but not anytime this week. I need peace of mind.
