I phoned Because.com weeks ago after a letter they wrote me in response to my written complaint about my July order in which the panties they sent me were coming apart on the right side only. The letter said that they had to check with their production manager. I have heard nothing since and have been wearing the defective product all along! At this point I feel I should not have to pay for the next delivery of panties. The make sure.
