They messed up my haircut bad color. For $130

I need a human to call me. A week ago jess messed up my hair. I paid 130. She knew it was messed up and offered to fix it for free. I went to that appointed today at 1pm and the salon was locked. They said it hadn't been open for three days. I want my money back so I can fix my hair somewhere else. Very bad customer service.dont go here
