I've been on Adam on and off for many years. The way it used to be was if you had a problem, you'd call them, someone on staff would answer and they usually would fix a problem quickly. I was off for a while. I rejoined, new profile, new pw. My profile pics were taken at my desk when I rejoined. I saw my profile pics were taken down. So I put them back up. Also, the real pic which validates us was rejected saying I stole it from someone else. I put other pics of me up for the profile, Not only were they taken down, they began to warn me they will cut me off if I don't use 'My own pics.' THEY WERE OF ME- SO I TOOK NEW ONES - SAME REPLY. I sent over a dozen emails in the last few weeks. The same reply None of my concerns were addressed at all. I said blatantly, these pics are of ME- no one else. I offered to cam live so they see me. They keep accusing me of stealing someone else's pics. User's recommendation: They used to be for the guys. Cool, considerate, helpful. No MORE.
