They lost my shipment# [protected]

I am a Shop & Ship FLEX customer. I ordered a package that was delivered to the Shop & Ship office on March 23rd (Shipment# [protected]). Shipment reached Ship & Ship office in Kuwait (Final Destination) on March 27th and was cleared from customs. The update on the system was that it was transferred to OPS. From March 28th till April 22nd; I have been CALLING, EMAILING AND MESSAGING Shop & Ship and all I received was "We are checking and someone will get back to you" If I am to explain the way I was treated and felt; I would not be able to put it into words that are acceptable to the readers; so I will stick with the fact that customer service means nothing to this company or its employees. On March 25th; I called again and guess what. THEY LOST MY SHIPMENT. I am very angry to even continue writing about this complaint but I regret paying USD 45 to be a FLEX member with such a terrible and unreliable company.
