They locked us out of hotel, room smelled horrible and I want refund in full

The hotel was locked, room smelled horible, Expedia lied and said that we were offered to be moved to another hotel and that never ever happened. They would only refund me one night, but I wanted the full refund on hotel because hotel was misrepresented, there was not free brkfst, indoor pool, we were not close to downtown area, we had to go outside to get to our room, there were not elevators or bellpersons. Manager was never around or so they told me. Another is our flight 1 hr delay in bdl missed out connection and had to spend 8 plus hourse in phil airpt, customer serv. were rude. I wanted a travel voucher non was provided. They told us they had other flights then they were cancelled at the same time. We were offered a meal voucher of $10 and nothing else. I have never had a worse experience flying. Our flight was shaky, horrible landing on our outbound. Noone should have to go thru what we did and pay for that. On our return the flight was booked from charlotte and the flight was full and us airways checked out tickets and 20 or so minutes later they found a person had tried to sneak on the earlier flight and that through out flight off. We flew Republic Air on return and that flight was much better, but the whole experience is one I don't wish on anyone and I will do all I can and speak or write to whoever to get my full hotel and air refunds in full. bonnie lareau bjlareau@***.com
