THEY LIED ABOUT THE PROMO WATCH

I preordered my P30 during the promo period for free GT classic watch. I submitted the receipts and all but there is zero response from Huawei... I have sent out at least 3 emails over the last few weeks asking for where they are at with the watch. No response. I can't believe how terrible their customer service is. *** you Huawei. Seriously. *** you.
