They lie about items being in stock ………

Place an order a couple of weeks ago and their site said it was in stock. A week came and went no shipment. Contacted customer service and they said they could not cancel order as it had been processed through the warehouse. Another week came and went no package or tracking number. They really do not get this ecommerce thing. User's recommendation: do not order directly from dockers.
