They left me stranded!

I booked a car and showed up precisely on time. The place was locked and there were no employees in sight. I called the number on the door, and it went into an on hold nightmare. It was cold and windy outside so after about 15 minutes on hold I tried to call another couple of numbers but never got through to anyone. I emailed complaining and got a phone call offering me a refund the next day, but never an apology or an explanation. This place is bad. User's recommendation: I'd recommend going elsewhere! Anywhere but this place!
