I am not using the card from a very long time.there was a small bill and during Corona time they added interest after interest.I requested that because of Corona they may kindly wave off unnecessary bills. I paid the bill with interest hoping things will settle down but they are again send bills with few thousands Rupees again.They contact numbers with IVR have no point to guide as to how to get the issue resolve.pissed off with the such insensitive and laid back services.Love Amex for the same thing.
