They just take your money
I purchased this in February and took my car in for routine service at the end of March. I was called by Lexus and told that I had an oil leak. I gave my Endurance policy info to Lexus and they submitted a claim on by behalf. It took appx 3 weeks for my car to be inspected by Endurance, and apparently the oil leak found by Lexus was deemed pre existing; along with some other things. I called to complain and was sent to an account manager Amber who was very rude and told me that "you had to have known. This is the worst company EVER!! I never thought I had to be a mechanic and inspect my engine daily to make sure nothing was wrong. SHAME ON THEM!! User's recommendation: Run the other way from Endurance.
