So about 4 months ago I ordered a desk and was waiting eagerly for it to come. I stayed home as much as possible on the days it was estimated to deliver. Thing is it NEVER came, when I tried to call and ask for a refund a few days later they told me the order had been fulfilled and closed. Didn't bother to tell me until 4 months later that the desk was damaged during shipping and returned before arrival, they are refusing to refund me the money or send me a desk so i am waiting for the information needed to take it to the bank
