Update by user Jul 05, 2021 Since they have no email or any other way to contact them other than an 800 number I sent certified mail a letter to their PO Box requesting my refund. I have been trying to get my account balance sent to me for 6 weeks as of this writing they have decided to keep my money. This is the reason for this write. DONT USE THIS BANK, they will keep your money. The last time I contacted them I ask where are your brick and mortar banks and who own you. They said we are owned by a Chinese conglomerate and our only bank is in Provo Utah. So be careful and go someplace else.BUYER BEWAREBB User's recommendation: Dont go there.
