I bought an ebook by mistake thinking it was a paperback copy. Tried to contact the seller and got no response for weeks. I finally decide that I would keep the ebook since there was no response from seller , but on trying to download it couldnt get the book. Neither the seller nor Etsy is reachable for a refund either. Very frustrating since this is a book I needed for school and dont have much funds to go throwing around!
