they said they could not verify that my car had 44000 miles because mileage had never been reported on this car. I gave them my vin number they had 5 letters wrong I had to correct them, then they said that the car was registered in Ohio I told them that the car was never in Ohio this was wrong that it should be Iowa, then they agreed. the guy on the phone did not know the difference between Ohio and Iowa. 6 mistakes in 5 minutes. This company can not be accurate with this many mistakes.
