They dropped the ball and tried to hide it

Long story short, sent them a notice from a law firm that I was being sued by my bank in January, they confirmed they got my fax on January 14th and someone would call me with an update once they had one. Well 22 months goes by, NEVER got a call back from them. Instead I got a Restraining notice from the law firm that there was a judgement against me and a lean/freeze on my assets! I call NDRS again and they have no record of the fax I sent in January but can see the notes that they told me they received it, just didn't have what I sent. Finally two weeks later I get someone on the phone that found my fax from 2 months ago; in meantime I took my OWN action, called the law firm and they offered me a repayment offer that saved me $50 in total off my original amount owed. NDRS told me that's not saving me anything and they would take it from here to work and get it lower. Nope, I get a call the next day saying its all settled w/ them and they will make the payment next month so its set. I said ok and....for how much?? Turns out they accepted the offer the bank ALREADY MADE TO ME...didn't get it any lower. So in other words, I couldn't have directly done it myself w/ the same results. Ridiculous, I saved $51 off that debt! I don't know were NDRS thinks they are getting any commissions from. PS - took me THREE days to get in touch w/ NDRS at one point because they were "so busy", all my calls went to an "overflow" line w/ nothing but an answering service taking your information for them to call you back. You miss the callback? Have to start allover again - it was HORRIBLE service. Anyways, I have more debts they are working on for me, but so far I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, and I give them a ZERO for service or satisfaction, as of now they suck!!!
