The boat cover lasted only one season and then became brittle (yes fabric became brittle even though it was supposed to be a 10 year warranty) and then began to tear. I went through the customer service process, sent back the ruined product (what was left of it after some of it was lost into the water) and they never sent me a replacement even though I called them over 10 times. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THUGS! User's recommendation: RUN FROM THEM! BUY LOCAL WHERE YOU GET CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU!
