The Cleaning Authority have been to my home four times. Two out of the four times, they have had to send another team out to redo what the first team did or I should say what they didn't do. I would have had them send out another team after my last cleaning, but I'm done dealing with them. If I am going to pay someone what I am paying this company to clean my home, I should not have to double check their work. I should be able to trust that everything will be cleaned and cleaned appropriately. They leave a checklist of the rooms that are to be cleaned and what will be given extra attention according to the deep clean rotation. Let me just say, they don't clean everything they say they do. 3 out of the 4 cleanings, about 75% of the checklist was either not done at all or done very poorly. I have had 3 different teams, so this isn't an issue with just one team. I don't expect a perfect cleaning. However I do expect that what is promised to be cleaned is actually cleaned. I would not recommend this company.
