First they didn't pay my hazard insurance then when I called they said they didn't know the amount to pay. I emailed them the coverage info but then they still short paid. Now my insurance is canceled. Beware of Owning Corp and Mr Cooper/Nationstar Mortgage. User's recommendation: Stay Away unless you want to make a bunch of phone calls to make sure everything is in line but they still drop the ball.
