They cut off my phone, cable and internet even though my bill was paid.

I woke up with no services on the 16th of March even though I had paid the bill on the 5th. Most important I had no emergency polices, fire or medical services. I am 87 years old and have serious heart issues. I could not even contact them because of the lack of phone services. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Worst of all I can't change my provider because Brookhaven Town has given them a monopoly so we can't change.
