I did not give them permission to charge my card $150 after I checked out also they kept my deposit for no reason and he tried to say that I never gave them a deposit but you cannot check in without giving a deposit when I reserved the 18th and 19th he tried to say that he already booked it that prior night which I don't understand how you book something that somebody is in and it's not check out then he told me I can move to the other side which is not smoking but I have to put a hundred dollar deposit and I told him already put a deposit so I was just going to leave because it was some weird stuff going on so I checked out after I checked out they charged my card $150 I will be contacting the better Business bureau User's recommendation: Bo.
