These guys charge you whatever they can on top of the ACTUAL product they are selling because, well, they can. Literally half of my bill every month has nothing to do with the gas I am using. Then there is of course the convenience fee of using this wonderfully new 70 year old technology we call Plastic; otherwise you can do an e-check which takes 3-4 days to post even when marked to post for that day (They make it INTENTIONALLY inconvenient so as make even more sweet money that has nothing to do with the actual product they deal in). Thank god they are a monopoly or they would have no business at all (or would at least fake an attempt at being competitive). I'm surprised there isn't a "your house didn't blow up this month" surcharge just because they can do whatever the heck they want and we MUST abide.
