One of the worst customer services I have ever encountered and dealt with. So careless and inattentive. Thank god I ordered once and learned my lesson that ordering from them is a headache. I called them multiple times to let them know that I got an allergic reaction caused by one of the items I bought. Once I reached someone and said about it, she said that she can't help me and that this is just my problem. I understand it's mine, but what if other women will have the same? Or maybe one of the consignment is bad and will cause problems to women? Do you understand what I was worried about? I wish their customer service participated as well..
