I went in to get my prescription only to find out that I had no insurance! Called and they said I had cancelled before the year even started. I told them we had been getting billed every month which we always paid and had even paid a penalty for signing up after age 65. User's recommendation: Don’t get this insurance. It’s a scam in my eyes!
