They bill long after you’ve cancelled service.

A year ago, I tried to get a partial refund from AVG because I was told by one of their "technicians" that he would call the following day. I'm still waiting for the call back. Of course, they would refund nothing. Without my knowledge, they charged my credit card for another year of "service." I called and thought I had let them no to never ever charge me for service again. Guess what. Today I received an email saying that they had once again charged my credit card $99.99. Naturally, I called. How to I get out of their system. I don't want to have to call them annually to cancel a charge that should have never been made. Their assurances are worthless. Their product is worthless. Their customer service is worthless. And, their technicians are worthless. If I had it to do over, I would never order any support from AVG.
