They bait & switch, then fail to return calls & emails

Update by user Aug 11, 2019 After several communications that were not returned, I FINALLY got an email claiming that the mountain of paperwork I sent in over 3 months ago to remove the surprise $999 extended warranty from my loan was apparently lost due to "staffing changes" at the warranty company. I was told the paperwork was resubmitted. So now what? I wait ANOTHER three months? Original review posted by user Aug 04, 2019 Worst company I've dealt with in a while. I got my car refinanced with them and when it was done they had charged me $999 for a warranty I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT. Trying to cancel this overpriced warranty has been frustrating. They don't return emails, they don't return calls. Finally I got hold of someone who sent me forms to fill out and told me to wait 6 weeks to see the charge removed from my loan. Well, that was 3 months ago, and nothing. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPAY--THEY'RE SLIME!
