Car shield has been drafting money from my account for two years claiming i have coverage on my vehicle that's their diamond policy which is like factory warranty. My air conditioner blower blew out and it melted wires in my truck. car shield refused to properly fix the problem. they told the shop to replace the blower but not the wires. the shop explained that the wires could catch fire and would be very dangerous and they still told them they would not replace the wires. User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER TRUST CAR SHIELD. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY ARE FRAUDS.
