They are so terrible. the Jacked up my interest rate just becase of one simple missed payment. 29.99% APR.. they are bunch of theives. i will never have any dealing with them ever in my life. they got horrible customer servce, they are rude and when you call, the respond on the phone as if you are trying to inconvience them. Serveral times, i have made paymments which usually I am current but for 2months striaght they were still reporting my account as deliquent and they screwed up my credit scores inteh process. I will never have any dealing with Tidewater or whatever they are called again in my life.
