They are terrible!!!

Had a terrible experience with this store and they weren't helpful at all with fixing it. I never write reviews, but this experience was like no other. First, I ordered a cooktop that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later I reached out to them to ask where it was. No one bothered to call me. It finally came in and was the wrong size! (When I ordered it I even brought in a tech sheet to make sure it would fit.) So we ordered another one that took weeks to get in again. Finally, after I called several times, they offered me one from the scratch/dent store. At this point we had gone without a cooktop for MONTHS so I went with it. We finally got a cooktop and it worked for less than a month!!! I had purchased the extended warranty so I started that process. 3 1/2 months later I still don't have a working cooktop!! Appliance Smart has been no help at all and they keep blaming it on the manufacturer. I paid an extra $150 for a warranty that doesn't even work. I have been without a cooktop for over 6 months!!!!! Totally unacceptable.
